Re: Changing the folder and database associations
If you are using TNG, without WordPress, go to the config.php file and change $rootpath = to the new absolute folder name. On a Synology this will include the volume name and the complete folder path. Then ensure $tngdomain = is the correct URL. If this is not correct you will have admin problems ou...

Re: Photos not showing on charts
Log in to the admin control panel. Select media then select the photo collection and click search. It is important a thumbnail image was created when the photo was added to the folder. If the thumbnails are not present there is nothing to show. You can generate thumbnails by going to the admin contr...

Re: How do you reboot the TNG service?
Keep in mind the NAS OS and various packages require a certain amount of ram as well. To check how much ram is on your NAS, log in to DSM, select Control Panel and the select Info Center . About line six you will see the total physical memory on your machine. To change the PHP memory limit go to Web...

Re: How do you reboot the TNG service?
You cannot reboot the TNG service as TNG is running from PHP and uses MariaDB. Log in to DSM and go to the package center. Select the version of PHP you are using to run TNG. Then select stop. Once PHP has stopped, simply start it again. This procedure can be used for any package that hangs on your ...

Re: Error 403 when accessing TNG Admin Set Up screens
I'm sorry I missed your post. For some reason I did not get a notification and I've been busy on a project for work. Hopefully you used File Station to create the TNG folder and unzip the files. If you did, the permissions were set automatically. If you created the files manually using Windows or IO...

Re: Error cURL 28 in Site Health Wordpress
I have not experienced this error so I'm not sure this will help. When running WordPress, the curl module should be enabled in the PHP configuration. You can check this by going to web station, select PHP settings, select the profile you are using and then click the edit button. Scroll down and make...
