How do I create a Let's Encrypt certificate for a domain and subdomains? Are subdomains included automatically or do i have to list them as alternative names?

And this time it worked like a charm So, in summary: 1. Get a Let's Encrypt certificate for the domain 2. Configure the certificates to use the correct cert for the domain 3. I never consciously decided to try to use my "synology" certificate for my other domains. I really don't know how that happened. :shock:

I will have do it all again, and this time amend the .htaccess file as well

Thanks Steve. I was trying to to use "Edit" Regrettable it still doesn't work I have updated web station, security and the site addresses on WordPress but when I do so, and try to load the site in the front end, my browser tells me it cannot locate that address. Curiously, the backen is lo...

It turns out that message was sourious. I ignored it an carried on and all the subsequent steps worked. But the site would not run. Error 403 I repeated the installation. No dice. On a hunch, i changed the php version back to php5.6 It worked. The site could now be accessed. Then I went back into We...

I am attempting a new, non wordpress, TNG installation.

I have followed the permissions in File Station process, but when I run the TNG installation I fall at step 3 with this error:
