Before making changes, consider upgrading. This modification was corrected in phpBB v3.3.1.
Google is reporting breadcrumb errors on my phpBB website. The problem code is in the navbar_header.html file. I did not find this myself, but a fix was posted on the phpBB forums:

Extract the file to the
/styles/prosilver/template folder then log in to ACP and purge the cache.It took a few days before errors were corrected on Google.
