Show deaths on search results page Mod

Normally searches in TNG show the person's information along with the birth date and place. Death information is not shown unless the advanced search is used along with selecting the Show death/burial information checkbox.
This mod shows the Show death/burial information on all searches. The checkbox is no longer needed on the advanced search page and is removed.
Compatible with TNG v12.03 through v14.0.3
